I have Lair of the Wyrm … Questions?

Today, I was able to acquire my copy of Lair of the Wyrm, the first exapnasion for D2e.

Much like I did with D2e and the Converstion Kit for D1e, I am offering to answer any questions people may have concerning Lair of the Wyrm.

I started going through the Lair of the Wyrm box, and thought I would share some impressions:

The box is smaller than the D2e box, but larger than the conversion kit. Its dimensions are 10"x10"x2". It's contents includes the following:

Where did you get it, How much did it cost, and who is the lieutenent?

I live in Las Vegas. There is a gaming store here called Little Shop of Magic. I pre-ordered the game through them, and it came in yesterday. For whatever reason, they seem to get many if not all of FFG's games before other places, often weeks ahead of time.

The game cost $34.95,

The Lieutenant is Valyndra.

Here are the stats for the 2 heroes, the 2 monsters, and the 1 lieutenant included in Lair of the Wyrm:

Willpower: 4 Might: 3 Knowledge: 1 Awareness: 3

Hero Ability: If you roll an X during an attack roll, you may suffer 1 fatigue to reroll 1 attack die.

Limit once per attack.

Heroic Feat: Use after rolling an X during an attack roll ro recover all of your fatigue and to

reroll any or all of the dice in your attack pool.

Hero Ability: At the start of your turn, you may choose another hero within 3 spaces of you. If the

he has fatigue tokens equal to his Stamina, you recover 2 fatigue.

Heroic Feat: Use at the start of your turn to increase your Stamina by 4 for the remainder of this

turn. At the end of your turn, recover all of your fatigue.

Fly Prey on the Weak Surge: +1H Surge: +1H

Attack Die: Blue-Red

Red: Speed: 4 Hearts: 9 Defense: Black-Grey

Fly Prey on the Weak Surge: Fire Breath Surge: +2H

Burn: If this attack deals at least 1H (after the defense roll), the target is Burning.

Combustible: When this monster is defeated, each hero adjacent to this monster suffers 1H.

Fire Breath: Starting withg the target space, trace a path of 4 spaces in any direction. All

figures on this path are affected by this attack. Each figure rolls defense dice

separately.

Flame Fiend: This monster ignores all effects of lava. Each time this monster ends its turn in a

space containing lava, it recovers 1H. In addition, this monster never suffers

Hearts from Burning.

Fly: This monster may ignore enemy figures and the effects of terrain while moving. It

must end its movement in an empty space following normal movement rules.

Hoarder: When a hero performs a search action, Valyndra may test Awareness. If she passes,

she may immediately move up to 2 spaces. Then the Hero's turn resumes.

Prey on the Weak: Each of this monster's attacks targeting a hero with 2 or less Might gains +1H.
