You will need to raise a ticket for it to customer service. Link below

Anyone been successful in getting replacement parts? Had an Adv tie fall from the table and break a peg.
i have not seen any replacement parts available anywhere but if the company is as smart as i think they are, i'm sure they will have replacement bases and pegs available in the short future
as of right now though i have more ships than i can play with in a single 100 point game, as i'm sure many others do as well. In the mean time; perhaps use this as an excuse to pick up a few more models that you've been eyeing up and experiment with different combos
Unfortunately guys, we are out of luck. I never got an answer, but I did get directed to some product support/FAQ page wherein they specifically stated they do NOT offer replacement bases for those damaged by protracted use, "rough play" etc. My guess is that position is specifically designed to stave off any competition - garage kitting, mods from toys & models etc.
Just buy more ships. I have enough of each type to give me flexibility with force builds, and I find I'm using the same pegs each time. I have at least a half-dozen sets of pegs that have never been used because of this. The only ship that concerns me in this manner is my Firespray, but as soon as I buy my Falcon I'll have an extra set of pegs.
Another option if you are currently using all your pegs is to drop some ships down to one peg only. That doubles the number of ships you can field, at leat with regards to the pegs. I think the Firespray is the only ship we have right now that won't work on one peg (when we get the B-Wing it'll probably be a similar situation).
I got my peg legs replaced but it is not due to rough play, when I bought the expansion, it came with a missing peg legs and I immediate raise a ticket and got the replacement a week after.
I have got two pegs and a movement dial for free from FGG. All the way to Sweden. Great service i say
I think I'm just going to have to do as elfholme says and just get more ships. Maybe obtain some of those cheap TIEs off Amazon or something; that's what I had to do for Starship Battles garage kits. I obtained an in-scale STARWING assault gunboat and want to add it to the display (which is, of course, exactly why FFG's stated policy is "no replacements"). Heck, I haven't even read the rules yet, much less played, but I looove collecting minis - and these are sweet ones indeed. Always ready to bolster the fleet, though!
When/if Clone Wars comes out as an expansion/new game, I also have a model Sith Infiltrator and a collectible Neimoidean shuttle that fit, as well.
