could anyone tell me if there are playmats for lotr lcg like the playmats for magic the gathering etc…?

I have been wondering the same thing. It seems like FFG generally produces and distributes playmats for attending or placing in tournaments. I wish that they made it a habit to produce and sell them. If I could get more playmats with nice artwork for AGoT, LoTR, or Star Wars, I would buy them for sure.
