Quick question. In tournaments, when does the timing of the round start? Is it before or after you set up the asteroids and ships. (Had a look in the tournament doc, and the FAQ but couldn't find it)

For any tournament I run the round will start, then placement begins. If you wait for all players to be ready then the rounds will last longer than you want them to.

Edit to last post. There will be a 5 minute setup before play begins.At that point the clock will start.
