I wish that the designers would stop creating these "get to the defender's deployment zone to win" scenarios

By Kriegschatten, in Dust Tactics

Look, for example, at the "Attack on Red Bridge" scenario in Operation Hades. The Attacker's objective is "If you have at least one unit within the
defender’s deployment zone at the end of *any* round, you win the game".

These were silly enough once the Allies got move 2 infantry with Jump capablity, but now that the SSU has helicopters that can disgorge troops anywhere on the map, they're getting really ridiculous.

At the very least, make them so that you have to have a unit in the enemy's deployment zone at the end of round *8*, and not the end of *any* round!

Those where always the most broken missions.. They could come up with sth new, like more missions with objectives giving points for each turn you hold them or whatever else! :D

I asked myself: Could it be possible to implement the "Scenario Generator" from Warfare into Tactics?

Give each player 2 points to distribute among mission categories?!!??

Gonna have to try that!

Someone has. It's available over at BGG.
