Hi, I just wanted to check the following :

When you play with the House of Dreams agenda you only draw 6 cards for the set up phase. Am i correct in stating that you would however replenish back to 7 cards based on what it states in the ruleboook under gameset up part 7 ? It states

"All players draw cards until they have 7 cards in their hands once more" .

If you could confirm that would be great.

That is correct.

If you did not replenish back to 7, Rule by Decree would be an auto-include in every HoD deck…
