And Return states:

F Commit: If you less cards in hand than your Hs at the the end of your turn draw 1 card.

As it is your turn would you be able to form return to southtown then draw 2 cards even if retrun would bring you back to 6 cards?

Which would resolve first?

you choose which ability activates first

They both have the same timing so you may decide which will resolve first.

as with all floating abilities that have the same 'trigger':

turn player resolves all of their abilities, in any order they choose. then the opponent must do the same
