Is anyone in and around the NYC area, ideally Brooklyn, interested in playing a few games as practice for the upcoming Kessel Run tournament at the Compleat Strategist?

Bump - I'm in Brooklyn, a total rookie to miniatures gaming in general, but looking for X-Wing activity in New York.

Twenty Sided Store in Williamsburg (twentysidedstore.com) has "board game nights" on Thursdays - they provide table space, though their seating is geared towards CCGs, and might not be a full 3 feet deep. Still, maybe we could get some folks together there?

Bump, also in Brooklyn and would very much like to get more games in to practice before a few local regionals in the northeast. Msg me if interested, have played a few times at Twenty-Sided on Thurs but don't know of a regular group that plays in the NYC area.

The Compleat Strategist has the Warmongers club night on Thursday - plenty of space to play and new players are always welcome. There are quite a few existing X-Wing players, myself included. I'm Brooklyn based too and have space to play at my apt., so PM me if you want to organise a game one evening.
