do you think there would be any chance of UFS doing a norimaro charachter card?

i know most people are going to be scratching their heads here but norimaro was a charachter in the japanese version of marvel superheroes vs street fighter and was the only charachter to represent neither capcom nor marvel he was an original character concept by japanese comedian noritake kinashi

he was basically a nerdy school boy armed with a camera who would attack opponents with projectile cuddly toys and akuma dolls and ask his opponent for autographs mid battle

its a strange idea but i think the license would be fairly easy to obtain (since its not marvel) and could even lead to an excellent way to create parody cards of the marvel vs. ccg and some really daft penny arcade style attacks

though since he was only available in the japanese versions of the game i dunno if he would have enough appeal for many players to want him in the game
