When a corporation is forced to trash one card from there R&D to there archives via the anarchy runner's ability, does the corporate player have the option to place it face down into the archives or is it automaticallly face up.

The corporation does not have the option to place it in Archives faceup - the card must be placed in the Archives facedown, since it was inactive when trashed.
