So, I know that if Meera Reed blanks a non-character-attached attachment, it falls off, as attachments have to be attached to characters and the only rule making it possible is the "Attach to a location you control" line that, for example, Pyromancer's Cache has.

BUT, what happens if you blank a Khal's Drogo Tent?

The East You may choose to play Khal Drogo's Tent as an attachment on your House card.

Here, you've already played the card, and my guess is that it's not continuosly checking wether it should be attached or not. (It does not have a line stating "Attach to your House Card" that can be blanked, but it seems like it allowed you to play the card as an attachment. Will blanking it make it fall off? If the rule to blank it blanks the text that has already been set up (as it can't blank the He calls it thinking in play), it should also make it become a Location, right?

It will be discarded when it "falls off." Cards that are attached to other cards are only considered attachments. It does not "revert" to a location on the way out, thus preventing it from being discarded.

"He Calls It Thinking" is completely different because a) it is attached to a character and there is nothing illegal about a blank attachment being attached to a character, and b) the text that makes it legal in the first place is gained text from the lasting effect that created it and therefore cannot be blanked in the first place.
