Starbuck's ability

I'm not sure about a little thing concerning Vipers activation and Starbuck special ability :

- When you're piloting a Viper, you take your move step, then your action step (playing a card i suppose like maximum firepower) and then activate your ship to move or shoot once more.

- When Starbuck starts her turn in a Viper, she can perform two actions.

Do they mean two actions from the action step (for example : playing two skills cards) or two vipers extra-activation ? We use to play it the first way (two actions) so that Starbuck can attack up to 9 times (two maximum fire card during her 2 actions, and one last fire during her Viper activation).

No, you don't get an action step and an activate your ship step. You only get 1 move, then 1 action. You may use your 1 action to activate your Viper (which can be a move or fire).

And yes, Starbuck's ability means she gets two actions in the action phase.

So again, activating your Viper is an action. When you activate your Viper you can move or fire. Your normal movement can be used to move your Viper.

So for Starbuck starting her turn in a Viper it goes:

your move phase (may move your Viper, or move Starbuck to any ship location), action (can take any normal action, or move your Viper, or fire your Viper), action (can take any normal action, or move your Viper, or fire your Viper).

Hope that helps. happy.gif
