Can Evasive Maneuvers be played to reroll a MISS?

Nothing on the card to say it can't, so while it's not a very sound tactic for an unrevealed Cylon, since it tips your hand pretty clearly for arguably very little long-term benefit, I'd say it's a legal move.

Yes, you can. Just remember, revealed Cylon players can't play skill cards except in skill checks, so you can only do this if you are unrevealed. Just expect to be brigged afterwards. Or if you are already in the brig, expect to be staying in there forever, until you reveal.

Its something you might want to try if you are the next player and no other players have actions left and you plan on revealing on your turn.
