Can Someone provide details regarding the announcements around the OP system for 2013? The website says there were announcements and group discussions but details have not surfaced.

I heard they were going to announce the regionals window but if they did i missed it. I did hear that worlds is 4 days indtead of 3 next year though so there will be less overlap in events.
