In the case of multiples, I know that the card has no printed values. But when another effect refers to a multiple's control or difficulty without saying printed, are the control and difficulty technically there? In other words, can I use Schmetterling Fighting Performance Arts, discard a multiple copy of an attack for the cost and get the speed boost applied to the enhanced attack? Or if I use Traditional Style, will the multiple copy's control be counted in the effect or does it just have no control? Also, does a multiple copy of an attack have a block if the original has a block?
Multiple question...
a multiple copy should get the dificulty and control, and im sure theres been questions about it before.
a multiple is a copy of the attack with a blank textbox and cant go to the momentum or be copied

Do multiple copies resolve as part of the same form as the original attack? or are they considered seperate forms that must be resolved before the player can do anything else? I believe its the first one, but just wanted to check.
they are not forms, they are floating effects that resolve after the original attack has resolved.
The multiple copies resolve idependently of the original attack yet they must resolve before you may play another form.
i have a question: after the original attack played by my opponent is resolved and before resolve the multiple copy, have i play a reversal?
Yes, you may play a reversal after blocking the original attack, and your reversal would completely resolve, then you move on to the multiple copies of the original attack.
Multiple copies also retain the blocks that their original copy had right?

Yes they retain everything but the text box. With one exception...if an ability refers to its printed value that will be 0 instead.
Yes, all printed values of multiple copies are 0 because they have nothing "printed" on the back of the card. LOL kinda logical.
