Will a standing King Balon's Host remove the ambush keyword from cards in the hand?

Or can I ambush in a character and then it will lose ambush?

King Balon's Host only works on the cars that are in play. So it cannot remove Ambush until it's too late.

If an opponent's character gains a keyword(stealth,vengeful,etc.) from another card does he-she has the keyword while king balon's host standing or not?

Yeah. That's why I said I might be misinterpreting… I've seen both sides of that argument, whether it actually means all or one instance of each. I just try and go by what my local meta uses most of the time.
