couple of quicky's (prob already been asked)

1) if u use tira's bottem ability to try and block a high attack and revel a low block from momentum can u still try and block normally (as it says before the block step)

2)can starter akuma ...... use his bottem ability (first e:) on the opponants turn, and if so only if they don't e: or if they have ....

1) The OP is probably referring to playing a block from his hand if the block from momentum is not playable. I believe the answer is yes to that one.

in the response, doesn't it mention something about "if you're able to play the block, play it, no cc nec?"

Tira's Contract 2nd ability says: "R Commit: Before the Block Step of your opponent's attack, choose one random card in your momentum and reveal it. If the revealed card has a block that normally be played, play it (no control check necessary)."

So yes there is a no cc necessary claus there which specifies the chosen card in momentum.

since it's still before the block step, barring any other effects, you then go TO the block step, and you may play a block from hand.
