Any one playing in these areas? I don't have a lot of availability, but if there were organized game nights going on, I'd love to drop in on one.
Ann Arbor or Plymouth, MI
I live in that area, and I'm open to finding a place to game at. I know I could drag a friend or 2 along with me to play as well.
I'm in the same boat as you, hockey for my 2 boys takes up almost all of my free time so let me know if you find a place to game at!
Looks like a little store on 5 mile and Middlebelt called RIW might have players on Wednesday and Thursday nights It's not anything organized, but they say they usually have drop in play. Wednesday is their board game night, and Thursday is 40K. They also said that they might be doing the Kessel Run as well, but it's not definite.
There are a couple more game stores in Ann Arbor that I need to check with yet. I'll let you know what I find.
I'm personally hoping to be at RIW one of the nights next week to see if I can find a drop in. Probably on Wednesday.
Seriously Ann Arborites… Columbus has 22 posts on their thread. Are you telling me that Columbus has more nerdy gamer types than Ann Arbor.

I didn't even know they had computers in Columbus. We all thought you were using small pebbles to count with, or maybe knotted string.
Seriously though, it would be too cool to have a tournament between Columbus players and Ann Arbor players. Unfortunately, it seems like there are only two of us in this area.
BTW: Ann Arbor players. It looks like Get Your Game On and RIW will have Kessel Run Tournaments.

I had hoped I'd make it out there this week, but between the homework and my new daughter I am going to miss out again. I have already talked to the wife about the Kessel Run, and I think my chances of making that are pretty good. If I think I can be out there before that, I'll be sure to post.
