Has a PDF of Operation Blue Thunder ever been produced? Would anyone happen to have a copy they'd be willing to send me?

Before you ask, I already own two copies of OBT. I am putting all of the Rule and Scenario books on my Android Phone in PDF format and I'd really like to have OBT to complete the set.
