Nobody noticed it ??

By PRODIGEE, in CoC General Discussion

Well, I went to the Support Page yesterday afternoon, in a way to see if FFG did add our transaltion of the rules in the supports...

And I saw something amazing :

Two beautifull pictures from the game (in low/med/high resolution), one representing the pictures on the cover of the Core Set, the other one represented the picture from the cover of the book of CTHULHU CCG's illustrations.

But they disappear an hour after I saw them, and I wasn't able to download them ... enfadado.gif

It could be still in your browser history items, though...

Yes there was a bunch of new wallpapers for some FFG games, i think there was also a news about it. But as PRODIGEE already said, it seems they removed it.

I have all of the wallpapers...I'll send them your way if you want.

I'm sure they'll pop up some day, but I would like to see them. :D

Hi Ruvion,

I would gladly accept your offer. I'm going to apply as your friend, so we might exchange it !! Thank you gran_risa.gif

I've sent a copy to PRODIGEE...if you (Marius) or anyone else wants a copy you can email me:

Uhhh....wow. sorpresa.gif

If that art makes it on a card it better kick much buttock!

They are more "cover page" material and have been used as such.

I doubt we will ever see anything like that on a card.

That's most likely the case judging by the scale of the peice however, it's unlikely this peice was

commisioned and payed for just to exsist as wallpaper. I fully expect to see it on some Cthulhu product

in the future.

Actually all three have been used as "cover art" in three different products:

One as we came to know as the Call of Cthulhu LCG box art

Another as Arkham Horror boardgame box art

Last but not least, the cover art for "Cthulhu" art book (it's the one with Cthulhu overlooking fleeing sailors). Don't know what was the title for that one...World of H.P. Lovecraft perhaps?

It's "The Art Of H.P. Lovecraft's Cthulhu Mythos".
