so this is the third version of the order donovan deck that i posted before. The big difference between the two decks is what amounts to three solid days of playtesting the **** thing against all sorts of decks. so with that part out of the way i get to the meat of the issue. I have found that i fare very badly against a pure chaos deck, especially one that focuses on ripping cards out of my hand, so any suggestions on how to deal with this are welcome, in fact any and all suggestions are welcome. So here is the new decklist.

so thats the deck. still need help deciding on a alternate character so i dont get diversified. and so you all know nagase has been taken by someone already in my playgroup, same with kyoshiro, so dont even mention them, other than that let the critiqueing begin, all comments welcome

What play group do you play with ? Your deck is 65 cards you might want to cut it down to 62 or lower. If that sounds like a good idea to you, cut 2 Charismatics and the Chinese Boxings. This should let you draw your attacks so you can put the pressure on your opponent

If by ripping cards from your hand you mean discard, then I would suggest a possible mainboard of will for the fight mabye sideboard.

He means people using n-type human and Kof 2006 to put his hand in his momentum.
Run rejection if your starting as Donovan.
You need to run Experienced Combatant

as for your replacement char, i would sugest nagase, gen, or gill (i don't like him but he could work).

Well there really isn't a way to directly stop them from putting your hand into your momentum but them giving you momentum isn't all that bad since you can then just lunar slash them with that momentum or sonic boom them in the face.

ok, so ive had no computer for a week and i was unable to update the decklist. the deck has drastically changed since i posted it. im going to post the updated decklist after this reply so here we go. first of all im not running a loop deck. this is for two reasons, 1) i dont have any defenders and i have a habit of not using cards i dont own personally. 2) people see the loop deck coming from a mile away, i would rather go with spill and kill. this is my preference. but thank you for your thoughts and ideas. so here is the new decklist. give me your opinions on it.

i really like mega spike with donavan. They either block and clog up their card pool for your next attack and still take 2, or they take 3 and you draw 4 for free.

Just a thought.

Also rejection is just that good that you should run 4 IMO, and instead of cutting combatant for chesters id cut familial loyalty. Then again maybe with yourhand disruption it has better synergy. My donny is all about control.

i would sugest trying to find a place for some chineese boxings and program malfunctions. also supernatural heritage should be cut, it's just not that good. i agree with smazzurco, add mega spikes.
