i have a question about the evasive and focus manover .

I looked up some threads but didnt find an answer.

I have an evasive or focus marker on a tie for example . No i get under fire by for example luke skywalker …he scorse three hits and i get one def and 2 focuseyes.. I decide to use my focus to change eye into defense… is my focus marker used at this point ? or can i use it if another enemy is shooting at me ? same with the evasive … can i use it for luke if he shoots at me and in the same round another x wing shoots at me i use it again ?

You have to discard the token to use it and its effect only applies that one time. For both evade and focus tokens, they only work during one attack.

So if another enemy attacks me in the same turn i cant use them again. thats bad

Correct. There is an astromech upgrade card that provides an action that increases your agility for the round which does help with every attack against that ship, but the tokens only work once.
