This is really a silly little question, and i suppose in the time I will take to type it, and wait for an answer, I could just look and find it, but which book has the "Beyond One's Means" block (called something else, I know) that describes liquidating points of PF for a one-time increase to it? I've cursory paged through Core, ItS, HA, BFK, and know it's not in KB, LotE, or my others. Thanks much.
