Just arrived in Alexandria, VA. I am heading up to the shop to make contacts to play dust warfare.

Is there any way we can spread this league throughout VA? I live in Roanoke and I'm still looking for opponents around me

Can't speak to players around Roanoke, but I will point out we're having a tournament on the 19th at Huzzah. At worst you'd get a couple games in and you might make some closer to home connections as well.
