I'm trying to find a tech tree pdf to print off but the ones I can find at board game geek incorporate the expansions which I don't want. Any ideas/ links anyone?

There are other tech trees on boardgamegeek if you don't like this one. Just make sure you are browsing the files in vanilla game, not expansion.

The rules PDF here on FFG's site also has the tech tree at the back, you can just print the two pages that it appears on. I suppose it might be ink-heavy, though, if that's a concern for you.
