First F- If I play this ability, do cards played as blocks (that are still foundations) also get +2 difficulty? or is it just cards played as foundations INTO the card pool?

IE: I send an attack, it's 3 speed. Opponent attempts to block wit ha foundation that has a block modifier of +3.

Would he make a check for 6? or 6 +2?

One more thing. I play Anti-K as an action with Cammy's F still in effect. Does it get a +2 difficulty as well?

No anti k ' will not be at plus 2 once you play a split card the other side that isn't in use becomes blank . Split cards are both types while in your hand discard pile and deck but once they are in the card pool or staging area the other side is gone.

No, Cammy does not affect block modifiers. Her ability states that foundations get +2 to their difficulty. When you're determining block difficulty, you're only looking at the block modifier and the speed of the attack; the difficulty of the card itself is irrelevant.

So your opponent, in that example, would be checking against a 6.

This is why Move to the Rhythm makes blocking very, very easy - it looks at the difficulty of the card you were trying to play, and not the block modifier.
