I can start:

NPCs in Book of Judgement (p. 136) wear Carapace Light Armour, which includes Head for 5 AP. Either that is wrong (carapace helm is 4 AP), or ELC should include a helm.

Flak Greatcoat in IH (p. 181) doesn't cover Legs, while Flak Jacket and Light Flak Coat covers A/B/L.
