I was thinking of purchasing a pair of Eldritch Edition starters just to get a feel for the game. I know they won't be "legal" once the core set is released.

Anyone know where I can find some of those, as well as possibly the last 2 Asylum packs (the LCG legal ones, Mountains of Madness and Ancient Horror, I believe)?

Can't help you with actually finding them - But they will still be legal after Core comes out. You'll need sleeves though.
