I was wondering what does one get from being a betatester?

Nothing but a certainty of "being one of the team"? A thank you from FFG? A gazillion imperial credits? Your name in credits?

What?

If this has been already explained, please, pardon my ignorance & point me in the right direction.

At this point, just a copy of the Beta book, which may become a collectible item down the line.

For the final product, probably a listing in the "thanks to our playtesters" section, but that's likely to be the extent of it.

Not to mention your insights and input forming a rules system played and loved by many, many, fans.
