Also, does FFG read these forums? I've seen like one post from someone at FFG ever.

A sticky to the FAQ at the top of the rules forum would be a disaster. The FAQ is a file with a name that changes, meaning that the link would need to be updated each time there was an update to the file. All it takes is for someone to forget to update the link once for players to think that the wrong FAQ is current.
The thing to do would be to put up a link to the support page, but you could always just bookmark that yourself, you know.
It's not for me. It's so that new people know the thing exists. <.<
It's not exactly hard to manage, either. If they can afford someone to update the links on the support page, they can do it on the forums at the same time. I admittedly hate the tedium of that, though…
A link to the support page makes sense, too. The point being that someone who is new to the game will not even know the FAQ exists and to look to it first. It's not pointed out anywhere, except maybe some random page at the back end of the rule book which probably gets ignored or forgotten.
Good to know they read. I feel like they should reconsider the no posting policy, though, if that's the case. Blizzard and Riot Games have incredibly involved community managers and there really isn't any issue. Heck Riot's Lead Designer constantly posts on the boards, sometimes about ponies (well bronies, but it's close).
