Is there any time when a player can choose to reveal a used plot card to satisfy the effects of revealing a 'new' plot card, aside from revealing your 7th plot card?

(Note that your 7th plot card comes from the plot deck. After it resolves, you move your used pile back into your plot deck in anticipation of your 8th plot and beyond. You never "reveal" from the used pile.)
