So, I was planning on running martell deck with Quentyn…but just looked at tournement rules and those new chapter packs aren't use able in tournements yet :/ anyone know if they are going to be able to be used in worlds??

They'll probably update the tournament rules for Worlds. The general guideline for card legality is if it comes out 1-2 weeks in advance, it's legal. I imagine that all the packs from the cycle will be legal for Worlds.

ah really hope so because just got done getting cards wanted to build deck would really suck if have to change everything
