I recently started a meetup group to play LCGs in the South Bay area of Los Angeles. We are looking for some local LCG enthusiasts. We are currently focused more on Netrunner, Warhammer Invasion and Lord of the Rings, but I own a copy of all the games and am more than willing to play and teach them.
