are you asking what programs are available to play online ??

If so there are two options that I am aware of BOTH of which are excellent ways to go. The first is Fantasy Grounds more info can be found here :

The second would be Maptools more info available at GitzmanGallery.com

If you own the game, and wish to play on a virtual tabletop online with friends, I suggest Maptool (rptools.net). You will need someone to run the game and GM the maptool sessions.

The WFRP3 platform for maptool is at Gitzman's Gallery (see link in above post).
