When is Stealth declared? It used to be that once attackers are declared and knelt Stealth goes off. Has this changed in LCG format? I'm getting feedback in our meta that Stealth is declared right before defenders are chosen.

After attacking characters are declared, there's a Player Action Window, and after that Stealth is declared, right before the declaration of defenders.

And, btw, this is the timing Stealth has always had - CCG and LCG.

The problem is that most people do it wrong - saying who they bypass with stealth when they kneel their attackers - but that's not the way the rules work (and has not been the way the rules work since at least 2004).
