Is there any interest to start a league in Vancouver.
Before approaching the different game store here, I want to see if who is interested and if we could do it on either Sunday or Saturday in the afternoon.
There is a few store that I think may be interested to have those at their place.
I am alo looking for some players to play some games during the week.

Strategies on Main and 23rd in Vancouver host X-wing game night on Thursdays.
Connections on Renfrew and Grandview in Vancouver host X-wing game night on Mondays.
I'm sure there are other places but these ones are closest to me and are the ones where I have played at.

Hey, My name is Steven and I'm returning to Vancouver from Toronto. So I'm going from a huge Xwing community to a very, very small one. But it doesn't have to be! I want to play and enjoy it still, anyone else play somewhere on a regular basis

Thursdays at Strategies on Main and Tuesdays at Magic Stronghold on Boundary/Kingsway are the two regular nights I'm familiar with. I try to make it to as many nights as I can. The regulars are pretty friendly so drop in and get some games in.
Join the X-Wing Western Canada group on Facebook if you're looking for more info. Tournaments and other events get posted on there once in a while. As far as larger events go, there's a charity tournament (more of a casual event than a competitive one, really) coming up in November to be held at Gamestars in Langley.

They don't have a group currently playing there. Strategies Thursday nights is still going strong, and there are occasionally people at Magic Stronghold on Tuesday nights. You can join the X-Wing Western Canada Facebook group or PM me if you want to set up some games.
