I've been playing strategy card games since 1994, and there's one thing that's always been great to have: A small, handy rulebook you can carry in your pocket. Netrunner is a great game, but I'm astounded at this omission. I most definitely do not want to carry around that huge rulebook, even if I am bringing an entire backpack with me to the game store. Anyone else feel the same?

Nope. I used to hate those rulebooks back in the day. Too small and too hard to read. I have my rulebook 3 hole punched and it is in the binder along with my cards and the tournament rules and core card list.

I agree. My solution is to carry it (rolled up), along with the tokens (in a little plastic bag) and extra sleeves and other "light" components, in one of those 800 cards white box (I think it's 800). I've got one such box for those components, and another for the cards and decks themselves (should be fine for the first couple of cycles, at least).

A guy I know just did a plastified, smaller version of the 2 turn charts (turn and run sequence) as reminders.

I liked the little rule books that used to get crammed into starter deck boxes, but I wouldn't say I'm disappointed not to have them. A nicely printed, full-color book with plenty of space for examples and large diagrams is not a bad thing to have.
