Just a quick question just to make sure. Does a multiple attack count as an attack in your card pool for cards like Spinning Beat and Neo Raging Storm?

Yes it is still an attack so if you play Reppa with its multiple you meet the requirements for neo raging storm .

You can even use multiples of throws since multiple copies don't retain keywords.
