cyvasse question that I am sure is obvious

By kr4ng, in 2. AGoT Rules Discussion

I can't find the answer to this on the search function:

When playing cyvasse, each player kneels a char--> which actually declares their kneel first?

The player with the higher initiative chooses is my guess.

The player who played the card, then clockwise from there.

You should note that the player with the higher initiative only gets to choose 1 thing: who is first player during the standard reveal plot framework. Then first player will get to determine conflicting passives during that round, but that honestly doesn't happen all that often.

Also should note that I believe the answer ktom gave applies to other such effects that choose yourself and an opponent(s). This means things like the various search plots that make you choose an opponent, if it is your plot, then you have to reveal your card choice first before the opponent does.

This even means you reveal your card before the opponent chooses theirs (so they may base their choice on yours).
