Hey everyone,
I'd like to believe that I'm not the only one who's hoping to get smaller expansion packs that only add quests/campaigns and maybe a few cards. Add like 5 or so new map tiles to fit into the box and you can entertain your players for a really long time.
I have all Descent 1 expansions barring Sea of Blood, Descent 2 and the expansion kit. I sort of loved the un-cluttery, compact and straightforward way Descent 2 played before my conversion kit arrived. I am already starting to get annoyed at having to look through my massive box of D1 minis to find the monsters I want – AFTER having to look through the stack of cards when choosing monster groups. Though granted I will eventually make a "favs" box that includes all the monsters I don't consider garbage.
Anyway, I guess this is sort of a request to FFG to make small, "immaterial content"-only expansions. I don't need more status effects, monsters or minis. I need more original campaigns to play.
