Hey guys, I was wondering in a recent duel:

If a Dark Deck Parasite Cage captures an Aladdin Lv.3, does that mean the player who owns the Aladdin cannot play another Aladdin named card (of any level) until the one currently in play is freed? And does capture mean the card is no longer in play? If that's the case, would it be fine to play another Aladdin card because the Aladdin Lv.3 is no longer in play? (Cage's effect reads: "The target card cannot RETURN to play until this card is defeated." To return to play, you have to have LEFT play, right?) Any help would be appreciated!

Another question: why does Wizard's effect: "No player can play magic cards at any time", apply to both Magic AND Magic friend cards? Shouldn't it only apply to the card type the effect specifies? The Owl card does, but this one doesn't? And then there's Phil for Magic cards exlusively. Help here in clarification would be appreciated as well!

Wizard and Olympus lvl 3 stop both Magic and Magical Friends because when they're in the act MF's act as magic cards. Owl and Phil say specifcally what they negate.

Can I play parasite cage on my friend area and than capture an opponent's friend or is it only when a put parasite cage on the opponent world?

It's consider'd a 'put into play' effect, so regardless of where it is, the moment Parasite Cage hits the field, the effect kicks in. So both the worlds 'n friend area work.
