All I noticed so far in the book about awarding XP is in the section about motivation. What are the other guidelines, it there are any, for handing out XP?
thanks

5-10 per session + bonus for completing lots of goals or keeping the story moving… is all I've seen.
Page 190 gives the most guidance , though it doesn't mention the once per lifetime 10xp bonus. From page 193.
Looks like 10-20 depending on the session and if motivations come into play.
Once per lifetime is a bit weird. May need some more thought. Once per motivation or something. Since motivations can change slowly. I could see the ten when you complete a motivation arc or something.

Maybe take a page from the Marvel Heroic RPG, in how they handle Milestones?
A PC either gets 5 XP for roleplaying their motivation or 10 XP if they took or acheived a major step towards the resolution of that motivation, and then finally a one-time bonus of 15 XP for resolving that motivation, at which point the PC has to select a new motivation.
