I had better ask on this one...

By Blutsteigen, in Mutant Chronicles

On pg. 12 it says, "a player's turn is over when two order tokens have been assigned."

It mentions command cards in the previous sentence, but now I am concerned we've been playing it wrong.

Let's say for my first activation on round one I assign a bronze token to my Ezo, and assign another for Demonic Speed. Does that mean, since I've assigned two tokens, that I do not get to activate another creature?

You can always assign another token w/ a command card while in the midst of an activation, correct?

Man I hope we haven't been playing this wrong. Fill me in gents.

you don't assign tokens for command cards, you just play them when you are able (its why they are limited to one a round).

the ioken 'cost' in the command cards is one of two things (the big on at top that they all have is their army building cost and signifies which spot they would take up. THe cost at the lower corner is the buyback cost which is an optional cost to get it back. As i said there is no order token cost to play a command card.

So you could assign a token to a Ezzy then play Bestial Speed (with no order token) then assign your second order token of the round.

You´ve already "payed" the cost for a command card during your army creation. so you don´t have to spent a token again, if you play a command card during the game.

Excellent, thank you guys. This makes more sense and we are playing this afternoon. Much appreciated.
