I can't seem to find it, but where are the rules for upgrading craftsmanship on Ship Parts (Like PQ to CQ) and Ship Upgrades (CQ to GQ Disciplinerearium)?

(Side Note: Where are the boarding rules, for the life of me I cant seem to find them)

Craftsmanship for ship components is found in Battlefleet Koronus.

Boarding combat - at least in basic terms - is in the main Rogue Trader corebook.

Boarding Actions are on Page 215 of the core book, specifically.

As for upgrading ship components, there are no direct rules for upgrading them. I find it simplest to include +10 PF for the purchase.
