Still, lots of good games going on. I'm happy to see more people playing, every time I've gotten a game in at Paladin we wind up with observers.

Oh nice! I have been to Heroes Landing. Small place but if they get some regular X-Wing action going on I'll definitely join in.

Maybe try Coliseum of Comics on 192 in Kissimmee. They have a good number of tables for gaming and is a pretty well visited store. At the very least you will could find someone to play with who would want to learn the game and they might have some tournaments in the future if enough peopel start showing up. Once I get my core set it's where I'll be heading.

The problem with the Orlando area is there are actually too many game stores. Everyone is spread out and the more popular places (coolstuff) aren't where normal (non-smelly) people would like to hang out.

So I spoke with the owner of Paladin yesterday, he's signed up for the Kessel Run event. Here's hoping he gets approved for it.

I also live in the Avalon area, but I do all my games at the Armadillo. Lots of life-long friends there, so I know all the people, and they're awesome. There's about 10 of us (under-estimating) who've bought into the game so far, and I know the owner has put in for the Kessel Run event. There's almost always someone there looking to play.

We have confirmed the Kessel Run is happening over at Paladin on Dec. 22. My roommate and I have signed up, if anyone else does go ahead and post here.

Also, if anyone sees it being run at other stores post here as well. I'd like two shots at a Slave 1.
