I know this has been answered and explained here before but I can't find the answer/explanation with the search function. When cyvasse is played, and the chars str is diff standing than kneeling (kings pavilion for example), which str is counted? for king's pavilion its not so much a problem because it affects both, but something like Lyanna would be diff for each player potentially.

The kneeling (ie, "post selection") STR.

This is related to the FAQ entry saying that when triggering a Response, in order to determine the proper play restrictions to apply to the Response, you look at the board as it is when the Response is triggered. So, for example, when you have Winterfell Castle out an play a Bolton Refugee (printed STR 2), you are able to trigger The Dreadfort because, when you go to check the play restrictions on the Response, the Refugee's STR is 3, as required for the Response.
