Can block modifer be negitive?

By camelion357, in UFS Rules Q & A

If you have an effect like E.Honda**** (Reduces all your block modifiers by -2 while committed) and you play a block with a +o or +1, would the block modifier end up being a -1 or -2 (ie. have to roll a 2 on a speed 4) or is the minimum a block modifier can be +0 regardless of how much you reduce it.

a block modifer can be a negative value such as -1 or -2.

so....a 4 speed and a -1 block modifier you only have to check a 3?

No lol negative damage effectively does the same as 0 damage .

Damage is normalized back to 0 during the damage step if it's negative.

More precisely damage is the only thing that is set to 0 if it is a negative number, and it is only set to 0 when damage is being dealt. That is, your attack can be -100 damage right up to the damage step.

more like the TR says negative damage is treated as 0 at the dmg step
