The plot you'll never get to use

By Plushy, in Black Crusade

My group scattered to the four winds a few months ago, and school just started back up. I'm not going to be rolling any dice for a long time. However, my brain never stops going! I'm sure a lot of you feel the same way, dreaming up plots and characters and scenes that will probably never get to the table. This thread is for those poor ideas, so that you may release them into the wild. Perhaps someone else may even pick them up and give them new life?

A long discussion about Cypher gave me a grand idea. He's neither a true loyalist nor a servant of Chaos, but seems to work against both at random. The idea of a party that drops off the grid and tries to get him back to Terra would be a lot of fun, I think. Maybe the God-Emperor needs to die and be reincarnated, or perhaps the party seeks penance? Either way, it would be a blast.

I a;ways thought it would be cool to do a game were the group had to fight its way out of a gladiatorial pit. they would have to find a way to break out but in there down time, but at the same time just have to survive during the regular fights. maby have it during a massive torniment that they are forced to fight in by a follower of tzzench (deffantly part of his plot) and win to keep there ship. make up your own gladiator NPCs and have a winner braket. its rough but i think it would be great for a Khorne player.

Also in your quote mentions playable craft world Eldar. ide like learn a little more that.

I'm typically the DM in my alternate gaming group and don't get many opportunities to PC with them (although playing Mage, however briefly, was freaking incredible).

I would absolutely dearly love to play in an ex-Assassinorum game . Don't even care which one I'd have to play, it'd all be plenty good for me.

Wasn't that Angron's backstory, more or less? It could be fun to echo a Primarch like that.
