it showed up at my local game store today! I picked up a starter, two Tie Advance and a Y-wing. Will probably pick up another starter and another Y-wing soom. Will be playing my first game tomorrow

I got the call I've been waiting for and my LGS will have my order in the store tomorrow. I'm seriously thinking of calling in sick so I can go and pick it up once the store opens and not have to wait until the late afternoon….

My order with Miniature Market just shipped! When I saw the email notification I did a little dance in my office chair. I am such a nerd. And 5 years old at heart

My MM order just shipped as well, and I only placed the order on September 7th.

So, should we just have a long list of posts saying, "My order has shipped!"?

Considering we've waited so long, I'd say yes.

By the way, MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED!!!!!

I used to work at a Book Wholesaler through college as a shipping clerk. Any big release like this drove a lot of extra effort. I wouldn't be surprised if they've been working some OT trying to keep up with all these Pre-orders as well as their normal demand.

There doesn't seem to be any rhyme nor reason for how they fill the orders and get them shipped. As far as processing the orders, the shippers are working them as fast as the boxes hit the scale and in the order they get to them. When you placed the order probably isn't a factor in when you get that "we shipped it" email. It's just a matter of when they run the invoice and slap a label on the box. All that matters to us customer types is if it gets on the truck at the end of the day. Lets all pray they have a very productive day.

I was about to say that I hadn't heard anything from MM, when while I was reading this thread I got an email from them saying my order shipped! Woo!

I just got the email too. Its about time. Pretty sure this is the last game I will ever preorder from FFG.

The first part of my order has shiped. I ordered the Starters and Expansions seperatly as I was not sure they were all being released at the same time.

Hmmm. I just double checked MM and my account says that my first order of one of each was shipped, but my second order (that they said would be combined with the first) has not yet shipped. I wonder if they really are shipping them separately . . .

Same thing with my secondary order. I'm thinking they got combined physically but the paperwork is getting processed at different times. Their record keeping and how it shows up online is kind of dodgy. Last time I ordered, they got everything right despite the confusing information that showed up in the order's status. So I'm not worried. I suspect that when the box arrives, all will be well.

Doh! I just realized that I ordered my expansions with another game that was on Pre-Order. I thought it would be out before X-wing, but it slipped. So now my expansions are held up by another game. Grrr.
