Forgotten Plans + Feast or Famine PLOTS played in Melee

By Daenarys, in 2. AGoT Rules Discussion

If opponent A declares Forgotten Plans and opponent B plays Feast or Famine would Feast or Famine lose it's gold ?

Likewise would Forgotten Plans blank Art of Seduction ?

Feast or Famine : the gold granted in the marshalling phase and the inability to declare challenges is a lasting effect (initiated in the plot phase), and therefore not affected by FP.

AoS: Art of Seduction creates a lasting effect which prevents someone from revealing a new plot next plot phase. Again, as this is a lasting effect initiated when you reveal the plot.

There is an exception to both of these cases, which is that if those plots are revealed in a phase *other* than the plot phase (eg, by Margary Tyrell), in which case neither plot would have any effect.

It's really no different that if you had played a character that said "Plot: Kneel this character to add +6 to your income count during the Marshaling phase. You may not initiate challenges this round." Say you trigger that, then the character dies for Valar. It's income and challenge effects would still apply, right?

There are locations (rookeries) that allow you to reveal a new plot in response to winning/losing a specific challenge. Forgotten Plans do not stop these.

I think that's in response to me (now edited away) saying that there might be an exception to these if the plots were revealed outside of the plot phase, but that there are no current effects that would allow that. I was thinking of Marwyn and of Bungled Orders, both of which are affected by Forgotten Plans (Marwyn indirectly). However, I remembered the rookeries and Margarey Tyrell and edited my text shortly after.
